Dermatologist (CMO)

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Dermatology & Clinical Care

• Diagnose and manage skin conditions such as acne, pigmentation, eczema, psoriasis, and other dermatological disorders.
• Conduct minor dermatology procedures (mole removal, wart removal, biopsy).

✔ Cosmetic Dermatology

• Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, and non-surgical face lifts.
• Administer advanced anti-aging and skin tightening procedures.
• Conduct fractional CO₂ laser, Q-switched laser, and other advanced treatments.

✔ Trichology (Hair Treatments)

• Diagnose and manage hair and scalp conditions, including alopecia.
• Perform PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy for hair growth.
• Oversee and perform hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT techniques preferred).

✔ Patient Consultation & Care

• Develop customized treatment plans for skin, hair, and cosmetic concerns.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure counselling and care.
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety and satisfaction.

✔ Clinical Leadership & Compliance

• Supervise staff during procedures and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records, consents, and documentation
• Establish and maintain clinical protocols and patient safety standards in line with global best practices.
• Oversee all medical and aesthetic procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead medical governance, infection control, and treatment audits.
• Train doctors, nurses, and clinical staff on aesthetic procedures, protocols, and new technologies.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Conduct regular workshops and skill enhancement programs for the clinical team.

Requirements:

• MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology from a recognized medical institution.
• 2-5 years of experience in clinical dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
• Expertise in cosmetic dermatology procedures and trichology treatments.
• Proficiency in Botox, Fillers, PRP, Laser technologies, and Hair Transplant techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centric approach.
