Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Patient Handling

  • Greet and assist patients with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Manage patient check-in/check-out and ensure smooth clinic flow.
  • Answer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails promptly.

Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage online and offline appointment bookings using clinic software.
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders to patients.
  • Coordinate with doctors and therapists for scheduling.

Billing & Payments

  • Prepare bills, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Explain treatment packages and offers to patients if required.

Customer Service & Support

  • Handle patient queries and guide them to appropriate services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organize patient records.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Healthcare background preferred).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office or customer service (healthcare/aesthetic industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office & appointment management software.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
  • Pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a patient-first approach.
