Hair Transplant Technicians

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Hair Transplant Procedure Assistance

• Assist doctors during hair transplant surgeries (FUE & FUT techniques).
• Handle graft extraction, preparation, and implantation with precision.
• Maintain sterility and follow all surgical safety protocols.

✔ Pre- and Post-Operative Care

• Prepare patients for hair transplant procedures.
• Guide patients on post-procedure care and monitor recovery progress.

✔ Equipment & Instrument Handling

• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and report any issues promptly.

✔ Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate procedure details and patient data.
• Assist in taking before-and-after photos for medical records.

✔ Team Coordination

• Work closely with doctors and other technicians for smooth procedure execution.
• Support other aesthetic procedures when required (PRP, Mesotherapy).

Requirements:

• BSC in Nursing, OT Technology, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Hair Transplant Technician (FUE & FUT).
• Knowledge of PRP therapy and hair restoration techniques is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and precision skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.

Skills Needed:

✔ Knowledge of graft counting, slitting, and implantation techniques.
✔ Familiarity with sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills.
