Patient Coordinator/Councellers

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam essential; hindi/Arabic is an advantage). Strong presentation and counselling skills with a patient-first approach. Ability to manage appointments and multitask efficiently. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments (training will be provided).

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Patient Interaction & Counselling

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Explain treatments, procedures, packages, and pricing clearly to patients.
• Address patient queries and concerns before and after treatments.

✔ Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up

• Manage patient appointments efficiently using clinic software.
• Confirm appointments and handle rescheduling or cancellations.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment for feedback and future sessions.

✔ Sales & Conversion

• Educate patients about available services, treatment plans, and packages.
• Upsell relevant services while maintaining ethical standards.

✔ Coordination with Clinical Team

• Ensure smooth communication between doctors, therapists, and patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment history in the system.

✔ Administrative Support

• Handle billing and payment processes as required.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Science or Healthcare background preferred).

Training in customer service, counselling, or healthcare communication is an added advantage.
