Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Clinical Support

• Assist doctors during dermatology and aesthetic procedures (Botox, Fillers, PRP, Laser treatments, Chemical Peels, trichology, etc.).
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Administer medications, injections, or topical anesthetics as per doctor’s instructions.

✔ Patient Care & Safety

• Greet and guide patients with a friendly, professional approach.
• Explain pre- and post-procedure care to patients.
• Monitor patient comfort during and after procedures.
• Handle any immediate complications or emergencies with confidence.

✔ Inventory & Equipment Handling

• Maintain stock of medicines, consumables, and clinical supplies.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of aesthetic equipment and machines.

✔ Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and treatment notes.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and clinic safety standards.

✔ Additional Responsibilities

• Support patient counselling when required.
• Participate in staff training and upskilling programs.

Skills & Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience (aesthetic or dermatology experience preferred).
• Knowledge of laser safety protocols and cosmetic procedures (training provided if required).
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach.
